The technical support team at Derlite is ready and willing to directly assist our customers during all stages of the development and introduction of a new product. This support is also extended to our production team and suggestions and improvements from our operators regarding the production process are quickly evaluated and implemented.
Very occasionally during the production process the Derlite process controllers might discover some variation to the specification agreed with the customer. When this occurs the product concerned is immediately isolated and the Technical Support team of Engineers, Designers, Toolmakers and Quality Management will work together and take all necessary steps to identify the root cause of the problem, correct the anomaly and ensure that production of the correct product can recommence at the earliest opportunity.
